PAINT COLOR CONSULTATION
For some people, the most stressful part of a renovation project or room transformation is choosing paint colors; the nearly infinite variety of colors, sheens, and shades can be intimidating. And sometimes, because of wall size, varied lighting, and many other conditions, a color just doesn’t look the way you expected once it is on the wall.
As a trained and Certified True Color Expert, I can help take the guesswork and stress out of the process, making you feel more confident that the colors you choose are a perfect match for your space.
A color consultation includes:

A site visit to help you choose paint colors for one room, several rooms, or for the whole house.

Providing you with over-sized paint samples for you to place on the wall for viewing in differing lighting.

A follow-up meeting to view color samples and make any necessary adjustments.

Providing a printable paint schedule for you to give to your paint contractor that includes the chosen paint color, manufacturer, paint type and sheen for each space.
VIRTUAL E-DESIGN
E-Design, or Virtual Design is a simple, online design option offered to give clients the opportunity to create a custom space without retaining EMH Design for full-service Interior Design. E-Design is perfect for clients who need design direction and designer expertise, but don’t mind doing the legwork to manage, purchase, and implement the project themselves.
E-design plans include all the tools you’ll need to create a well-designed space that fits you and your unique style. All communication is done vía e-mail, phone calls, and online video conferences to provide a step-by-step plan for creating a professionally designed space.

DESIGNER FOR A DAY
Ever wish you had personal designer to help you make some decisions around your house just for the day? Designer For a Day provides you with guidance from me as we spend the day together planning your design. By the end of the day together, my goal is to have all of your questions answered and all of your materials and furnishings selected. This service is especially helpful to homeowners that have recently moved into a new home, are renovating, or are generally overwhelmed with how to design and style their home.

FULL SCALE DESIGN
Full scale design is my most comprehensive service. It begins with an initial consultation, followed by a project estimate outlining tasks to be completed by room and the estimated time required to complete your project.
Service includes the following:

Space planning and concept boards for each room.

Recommending material selections (flooring, cabinetry, lighting and plumbing fixtures, etc.).

Choosing furniture, window treatments, artwork and accessories.

Construction documentation including but not limited to reflected floor and ceiling plans, millwork and elevation drawings.

Site visits, client meetings and design presentations.

Recommendations for builders, architects and other trades.
Design fees for full scale designs are based on project size and scope.
